  Last week I started a series on kits to utilizing your giftings and I believe utmostly that you have been blessed through what I shared.
  This week, I will end the series on the kits to utilizing your giftings and I hope that as you were blessed by the previous series, so will this also bless and enrich your life.

7. Teachable Spirit

Do you think you have known it all ? No, you must not stop learning and being teachable. As the saying goes "the day you stop learning is the day you die". Do not be arrogant as to despise teachings, corrections, admonitions, among others. Being teachable will surely expand your potential.

8. Character

I wonder if you have a character that supports what you dream of achieving in life. Your potential absolutely demands the development of a positive character.    
  Treat people nicely, engage in the right stuffs and get a good habit to improve your life productivity. Men of character are men that go far in life even when life seems rough.

9. Relationship

Who are your colleagues ? Who are the people you hang out with ? It is essential for you to move out with people of like minds as they are not only going to encourage you but also to propel you.
  Note this saying "you cannot hang out with chickens and expect to soar like an eagle". Take note and understand that heavy minds attract themselves and empty minds attract themselves. It is your choice but I am confident that you will make the right choice of people you are to let in to your circle.

10. Responsibility.

Your potential utilization is solely your responsibility. You need to take control of your choices and take responsibility for your own life success. Responsibility as it were strengthens your potential.

11. Teamwork

An adage says " a tree cannot make a forest". You are limited to the things you can lay your hands on. You only have two hands and that means you cannot touch everything. It will be necessary to team up with people that will lift your potential up because you cannot do it all alone.
  Build a team that can motivate and inspire you to action and watch your potential utilized. Do not just call people into your team, proper scrutiny is necessary because you do not need people who will bring you down. Build a great team and not just ordinary team.

12. Beliefs

Your beliefs are your standards. Your belief system is basically the system of things you believe in. It is essential for you to have a belief system that supports your gifting. Let me give you a clue. As for me, I believe in the Trinity (God, Jesus and Holy Spirit), I believe in faith, hope, success, love among other things that go in line with what I am called for. Design your belief system to suit your calling because you cannot rise above your beliefs and that implies that you need to properly design your belief system.

Final Thoughts

• Discovering your place in life is never enough. You need to utilize what you have discovered in order to be a success in your area of gifting.

• Potentials as it were remains latent if not tapped and will always be a tragedy if you later know what you could have done and did not do.

• Be faithful to what you are doing today. An opportunity might come up tomorrow requiring that little you have done yesterday. Do not take things lightly.
