teamwork and members of the team who are aiming towards achieving set goals and targets that will bring relevancy and reward to the organization.
Maybe you are a leader of a small or large group or you find yourself in the midst of people who team up to achieve great goals, there are several things you ought to understand in order to partake fully in the realization of such goals and targets.
If you want to promote efficient teamwork, the following need to be done
1. Love your teammates
This must be your core value. If you do not love one another, teamwork can never exist because there will be no bond that connect you together. Create love as the bond and get glued to one another irrespective of the flaws. I believe that if love is the core value, everyone will find his or her place and part to play and the flaws will be eliminated. Therefore, let love be genuine and unconditional because without it, teamwork that makes dream work cannot be promoted.2. Honour and respect one another.
These play prominent roles in actualizing and realizing goals. Honour and respect your teammates' values, position, and standards so as to let peace reign and achieve the set goals before you.
3. Eliminate Laziness.
If you are diligent enough in doing what you are assigned to do, the team will propel forward. Goals will be achieved, new dreams and visions will come to existence, new frontiers will be explored. The success of a team lies in the ability to work hard and smart in achieving the set goals.
4. Exercise patience, faith, and endurance.
In times of hardnocks, difficulties, challenges, always persevere and constantly think of the reward of persevering. Have faith that things will work out, endure when things seem dark and always believe that things will surely work out. That's the joy of teaming up.5. Help one another out.
Do you notice a problem with any team member ? Can you sense that something is wrong in the system ? Do not just sit down and do as if it does not concern you. You are part of the team and if you want a rapid progress, you have to help one another out. Be your brothers' helper.6. Give less regard to outside forces.
People most time gossip and say a lot of things that will bring the team down. When any of the team member start giving regard to people outside the team, the team will not progress as it ought to. The joy of it is that whatever you hear outside the team, analyze its truthfulness and take hold of what is right. Go back to your teammates and let them know what you have heard and devise plans to tackle it.Do not take anyone for granted in the team. Listen less of the words that are coming outside the team.
7. Encourage and Motivate one another.
Not everyone will be on the highest level of positivity as you are. Take it as a task to encourage and motivate one another through various means because this will create joy as the background of the organization.Afterthoughts
