"Please I need your help, am encapsulated in my own problems.
During my second year in the varsity things where very rough for my family they hardly send money for food let alone money for books, I
was always begging my neighbors and close pals food to eat, it got to a time I couldn’t continue because they gave me a nickname JB (Julius Berger), so a friend introduced me to a drug called tramadol, he said any time I take it I wont feel hungry and it will make me to be so high that when I carry my book to read, everything will just be entering the brain, at first I refused but then I heard a lot of guys talked about it and the miracle it performs so I decided to concur to it and it really worked out for me. But now am so used to it that I cannot do without it and I really want to stop it because I am no longer the person I used to be, this drug has really changed my life from better to worst. Please advice me on what to do."
