The most major aspect of leadership is influence. The influence in the lives of the followers. However, people are not ready to follow a leader whose aim is not to
influence them and change their world positively. No one is ready to follow a leader who will not inspire and make one see the good side of life.

A leader that people can follow and respect is a leader who by grace:

1. Show the people the sign of greatness

2. Serve their needs when they are needed.

3. Understand the fact that he does not need money most times to solve all problems but rather instinct and the available resources.

4. Can make the people get seated in the right place at the right time.

5. Can distribute the appropriate needs of the people at the right moment.

6. Can manage resources effectively and efficiently.

7. Can make people see the good result of his works.
