I am very confident that throughout this year, there are some important things that have happened in your career life either good or bad.
I have learnt about the stuffs that didn't work out and I am willing to accept those things.
I want you to reflect on the thing that seems to be your career. It can be your academics, the job that you use to make ends meet, your purpose also. Reflect on the things that you have done this year that made your career worthwhile or those things that made it uncool.
Now note that evaluating your career life doesn't mean that you are weak or even strong. It is basically opening your eyes to things that you did or didn't do and how you can improve yourself on it. Make a wise choice and try as much as possible to devise strategies to improve your career quality.
