Hope For A Better Future

1982 in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, a baby was born without limbs I.e, arms and legs. It was held that he was affected by a disease called "phocomelia", a rare disorder characterized by the absence of legs and arms. The child grew with an inconsiderate life to live as his life was almost lost as he attempted suicide at a young age due to inferiority complex and bullies from his mates.
Truth is, there are certain circumstances that we will all need to go through in life and most times, those things are hard to change because they are necessary stages we have to pass through on our journey to destiny. Nick Vujicic rose above greatest challenge of his life and stepped out as an inspiration to others. Despite being born without arms and legs, he didn't let that define his purpose. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce in the university and also had double major in accounting. He travels widely to nations to speak to people who need to be inspired and transformed. He has made a lot of people get healed from their diseases and he is an evangelist who has shared the gospel of the kingdom with many.
My life, your life, and everyone's life will be characterized by one or two downfalls, shortfalls and challenges but we must not let those things define how we will be effective in God's purpose for our life. A lot will happen to you and I but nonetheless, we need to have the hope for a better future because the only way to let things happen when you are faced with challenges is to be hopeful about the future. Be optimistic enough to get beyond the past hurts and pains and move on with life in a bigger and better way!
Nick Vujicic is known to play soccer, golf and even swim{wait, a man without arms and legs!!!} He is the founder of "Life Without Limbs", an international nonprofit organization and ministry. Also, he is the founder of "attitude is altitude", a secular motivational speaking company. He is happily married and he is now a father and a family man. A man without limbs??? What a great life!
I need to confess to you that your challenges irrespective of what they are have no right to make you a failure. You can do the undoable!!!
