wayside while others could not just attain the prize even when they cross the finish line. It is not an easy task to run a race. It is most times filled with weariness and all sorts of challenges that might not make one to finish well.
It is God's will for your life to finish better, greater and stronger but when you are experiencing weariness and you feel kind of tired of running, think of running with the following:
1. Be free from any sort of burden.
Runners run very lightly and do away with anything that can hinder them from running as fast as possible. Do away with loads of sins and different weights. I guarantee you that if you free yourself from burdens, you will enjoy your race.2. Get the right FOCUS, CONFIDENCE & VISION.
the scripture affirms it that without vision, a man perishes. If you have you vision put in place for the future, nothing will be able to stop you from achieving that vision but you must also give that vision a lot of focus and confidence.3. Self-discipline
Runners know they are racers and guess what, they are disciplined in running their race and they do not attach themselves with affairs not glorifying their vision. Michael Phelps, the most decorated American swimmer of all time said he does three things daily: Eat, Sleep and Swim. Be disciplined in making your life counts.4. Watchfulness.
Be watchful in the race. Runners are always watchful of things happening around them so as not to be hit by obstructions. Be cognisant of the environment and stay away from the wrongs.5. Courage.
The race of life demands a courageous heart. Be courageous because life is not always filled with roses. There are still many thorns you will come across. Courage is essential. Have one!6. Faith.
The scripture asserts it in Hebrews 11:1 that "Faith us the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things unseen." You need to move your hopes up and have faith in God that you will win the race.
Afterthought
Apostle Paul said to Timothy that "I have fought a good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith" I urge you this day to be like Apostle Paul. I really want you to finish better, greater and stronger and I believe that you and I will make it to the finish line and also get the prize.Thank you for visiting today. God bless!
